Before Your Journey Begins
Please review these terms before purchasing or booking with Carnival of Soul. They explain cancellation and refund arrangements for personal sessions, workshops, personalized digital readings, and physical merchandise.
The 24-Hour Cancellation Rule
Cancel at least 24 hours before your session or workshop begins to receive a full refund.
Personal Sessions
Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are generally nonrefundable. Missed appointments without notice are nonrefundable, subject to applicable consumer protections.
Workshops & Events
Cancel at least 24 hours before the workshop or event begins to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start are generally nonrefundable, subject to applicable consumer protections.
Personalized Digital Readings
Each digital reading is a personalized service prepared for its purchaser.
If you need to cancel, please contact us promptly so we can confirm whether preparation has begun. Refunds are generally unavailable once preparation has begun or the reading has been delivered, subject to applicable consumer protections.
If you experience a delivery problem or have a concern about your order, please contact us so we can review it.
When the Carnival Cancels
If Carnival of Soul cancels a paid personal session or workshop, you may choose a full refund or an optional rescheduled date. You are not required to accept rescheduling instead of a refund.
Physical Merchandise & Etsy
Physical merchandise is primarily sold through our Etsy shop. For purchases made through Etsy, please refer to the applicable listing and shop policies for return conditions and contact the shop through your Etsy order.
For merchandise purchased directly from Carnival of Soul, the terms applicable to your original order remain in effect. Please contact us with any questions about your purchase.
