At Carnival of Soul, each item is one-of-a-kind and selected with intention. Because of the unique nature of these pieces, we are unable to offer exchanges or replacements.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos and a brief description of the issue so we can make it right.
Eligible cases may receive:
A replacement (if a suitable alternative is available), or
A refund issued to the original payment method (after receipt of damaged item)
Non-Defective Returns
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind or preference.
